She takes much pride in her looks especially because she looks like a younger version of her mother. She is also very resourceful because of her mother and the ways she was taught. She's a determined girl and once she makes up her mind there is no stopping her. She'll even break the rules to get what she wants. She is quite greedy if there is something she can't have she will stop at nothing to get it. At one point in her fourth year she even made a small love potion to get a boy to like her and take her to the yule ball so she could show off her gown that she made herself.
One of her major downfalls is that she craves power. It wasn't so prominent when she was younger but now she studies and works diligently to gain more to get her revenge. She will do almost anything to get the power she needs. However, despite that she refuses to harm those who are innocent or those she feels are good people. Though she can be cold hearted when it comes to those who she feels don't deserve a second chance. She can also be very sympathetic to those she feels need her. Like younger students, muggle borns, and people who are bullied. Unfortunately she has to keep up a charade that she hates mud bloods so as to gain the trust of those she seeks revenge on.

,HISTORY OVERVIEW: Keira lived a happy life with her mother who was a well known broom maker. Alice Adair created the first "Cirrus" broomstick. This was created in Keira's second year and was quite popular because it was handmade and it was a record breaker with how high it could go. It was also known as the third fastest broomstick behind the nimbus 2001 and the firebolt. Alice gained a considerable amount of money because of this because everyone wanted a unique broomstick that was handmade. While Alice could only make a limited amount of broomsticks she sold them to the highest bidders. She was also the only known broom maker in existence that gave brooms to charities for school quidditch players who were muggle born and couldn't afford their own broomsticks.
Keira's mother was generous and loving and taught Keira to protect those she loved with everything she had. Despite their family being pureblood, Alice was kind to muggle borns. This irritated the pureblood community to no end, though there wasn't much they could do about it. Her mother was a descendant of Salazar Slytherin and thus always quoted things he said to Keira. Despite some of the things he did to muggle borns he was still a great man in her mother's eyes. She told Keira that she should always be clever, resourceful and determined. She taught her to always go get what she wanted and use everything she could to get it, even if that meant that she should break the rules sometimes. "Only sometimes... A daughter should always do household chores," she'd say with a wink and a sly smile.
The young blonde had never known her father and had been told that he died right after she was born. This was true, however, what she didn't tell her daughter was that he was a death eater. She had never married the man but she had been in a relationship with him and fell for his noble charm and his warriors' heart. She hadn't known the man was a death eater until a few months before Voldemort was defeated. The woman broke off her engagement with him and took Keira away. The man was named Evan Rosier. Alice gave Keira her own last name and very few know that Rosier was Keira's father. Keira didn't learn about her heritage until just after her fourth year at hogwarts. The year that Harry Potter claimed the Dark Lord was back. Alice feared that this was true and told Keira everything about her heritage and how she must keep it secret unless she absolutely needed to use the information. Alice feared that if it was true that Voldemort would come for the families of the Death Eaters and demand their loyalty. Alice told Keira that if they were ever threatened by the Death Eaters or Voldemort himself that they should use Rosier's name to their advantage and hopefully keep their lives. Alice wasn't a supporter of the Dark Lord by any means but her family came first and she wished to protect Keira from the dangers that were sure to come.
Alice taught Keira how to cast a pratronus and she was also an animagus. This meant that she could teach her daughter how to do the same. Alice figured that it would be resourceful to be able to turn into an animal, especially since the Dark Lord would be targeting magical creatures, magical minorities, mud bloods, and muggles. Normal animals would be invisible to the Dark Lord. After a year Keira was able to transform into a red fox. While Alice would have preferred a domestic animal or even a snake it would be small enough to avoid attention. "But snakes run in our family! Even I can change into a snake! What would your great great great grandfather think?" was what Alice said after Keira made her first successful change. After a sigh and a laugh Alice continued, "I guess Foxes are clever, just like your grandfather was" She had been referring to their distant relative Salazar Slytherin.
Alice was reluctant to send Keira back to hogwarts for her fifth year. She would have rather have gone into hiding and taken Keira with her. However, Keira wanted to stay at Hogwarts and was finally able to convince her mother that being near Dumbledore was the only true way she would be completely safe. Eventually Alice gave in and allowed Keira to go. She made the young girl promise to ALWAYS run from danger when it came to the Dark Lord or Death Eaters. While normally this would be thought of as cowardly her mother figured that it was smarter to run away and live to fight another day. Keira and her mother got into an argument about this. Keira was proud and hated to run away from battles. She'd gotten into many fights her first two years at school. She refused to make that promise with her mother and left for school without speaking to the woman. Unfortunately that was the last time the two spoke...
The Dark Lord wanted to make his come back and how best to do it than to kill any witch or wizard who didn't care about class and helped mud bloods? Alice Adair was a famous person for her broomsticks and had been famous for her charities for muggle born children. Voldemort sought her out and tortured the woman. Though Alice could have used her relationship with Rosier to keep her life it would mean that her daughter's identity would be revealed and that Keira would most likely be pulled into joining Voldemort due to her heritage. Alice chose to remain silent and was tortured until she died. The Dark Lord left the dark mark in the sky before leaving with his band of Death Eaters. This would surely make the headlines, at least that was what he hoped for. Unfortunately the media kept it quiet and blamed the mark in the sky as a cruel prank. Keira knew better...
She took her mother's death hard and missed out on the rest of the school year as she grieved. Sure she had friends at school but her mother was her closest companion and the person she loved the most. Keira blamed herself at first, and hated that the last time they had spoken was when they were arguing at the beginning of the school year. It took Keira a long time before she finally grew angry. She decided she couldn't grieve for her mother because her killer was still out there! She knew either a Death Eater or the Dark Lord had murdered her mother and she would get her revenge. The young woman took time to come up with a strategy. She would use her father to become a trusted follower of Voldemort. Then when the Death Eaters trusted her more she would try to find out who was the person who killed her mother. She knew that she would seem suspicious but if she made it seem as if she hated her mother for being kind to mud bloods and thought that the woman deserved to be killed that she would be able to win their trust. Once she found out who the killer was she would get her revenge... at least... that was the plan...
The girl figured the best way to win her way into the inner circle was to get into the inner circle of those who were children of Death Eaters. She knew of a few from Hogwarts and decided it would be best to start there and work her way up...

Miyuki stifled a yawn as she handed her weapons over to the Konoha ninja just outside the gate of Konoha. She watched as other ninja from other villages did the same. Some ninja from Iwagakure were being troublesome and arguing about how they should be able to keep their most basic weapons while the Konoha ninja tried to talk them into giving up their weapons while they enjoyed the festival. Miyuki knew she could handle herself if a fight broke out but she was also sure that the ANBU were prepared for any trouble. The leaf was known for keeping the peace between villages and most people were honest.
Once Miyuki was stripped she made her way towards the center of the village in her Yukata that she had changed into in a nearby village before entering Konoha. She wore a white Yukata that fell off her shoulders showing her cleavage and the tops of the shoulders. It had red and autumn colored flowers printed on it that faded in different parts to give it more style. Her obi was red and she wore a small uchiha symbol in the front of it. She wore her traditional straw sandals while she strode confidently towards the center of the village to check out some of the shops.
The woman thought that a festival would be troublesome but she was on a mission. The Mizukage had asked that a few jonin that would keep themselves under control would enter Konoha and try to keep the peace by showing that Kirigakure was friendly. The ninja involved would also make sure to make a mental map of Konoha just in case war time ever came again. The Mist Village would have an advantage over the leaf.
The Uchiha woman was only interested in her mission and getting some of Konoha's famous ramen. Though she couldn't help but admire the beauty of the village. To her left and right were food stands and game stands. Small children giggled as the licked their popsickles. One child barked in frustration as he tried to win a fishing game. He was an Inuzuka and his small puppy sat beside him sniffing the fish that swam around the small kiddie pool. The Uchiha couldn't help but smile at the comedic duo. She supposed she could mingle and enjoy herself a bit while she was here.
